UCB Spring Festival

UCB set out to create an unforgettable Spring Festival to show heartfelt appreciation to its 2,000 employees, interim workers, and consultants for their dedication and hard work. After a three-year pause, they needed something special: a vibrant event that fostered connection and a fun, laid-back atmosphere.

We transformed the Braine-l'Alleud campus into a colorful garden of excitement, welcoming 2,000 attendees to a day packed with mouthwatering food, refreshing drinks, live entertainment, and activities designed to invigorate and inspire.

More than just a celebration of past successes, this festival boosted employee well-being and strengthened bonds for the future. UCB’s Spring Festival brought the community together in a lively and meaningful way — a true testament to connection and collaboration.

And just like that, it bloomed!
